Really Useful Pots is now a Mother and Daughter team. Matilda the youngest of Susanna’s offspring has always shown an interest in art and hopes to bring her ideas and creativity to the business. Susanna Brown is a ceramic artist,who produces an eclectic range of classic hand thrown pots designed to be touched, to be used and above all loved.
Gallery and studio is situated in the Barossa at Flaxman’s Valley near Angaston, South Australia. Susanna and Matilda explore a range of pottery techniques including hand building, throwing on a potters wheel and painting on greenware using local and Australian clay, to create beautiful pieces of pottery.
